Asthma Attack
Asthma is particularly common in blacks living in urban environments. In asthma attack there is a tightening of muscles around your airways. This will happen you any time like nightmare. During very severe attacks patients skin colour may be turn into blue from lack of oxygen & feel pain in a chest .Feeling of unconsciousness may be disturb their routine.
Asthma attack symptoms
Asthma attack symptoms is quite different than normal asthma symptoms. Coughing, chest pain, severe wheezing while breathing this symptoms are common but at the time of attack you found some more symptoms as above.
- Feelings of anxiety or panic because body is not able to adjust with changes.
- During the attack period patient is not able to talk single sentence.
- Patient get scared when attack occurred so, patients breathing rate may be increase.
Some useful tips for recovering from Asthma attack
- If you are using inhaler then first take a help of inhaler.
- Sit in that position which feel you relax.
- Keep your breathing at normal sped or at least try to achieve maintain normal speed.
- Try to avoid that things could cause an attacked. like pollen, dust, animals, smoke.
- Avoid to take cough medicine. This will not help your asthma.
- If you are not able to recover from attack within 7-8 minutes then immediately call doctor. For emergency medical help dial 999.
