- Play a game like tennis, badminton etc.
- Make sure you breathe through your nose only not from mouth because nose has a function warms and humidifies the air.
- Wear a face mask during exercise.
- Increase your fitness levels gradually.
- Yoga is a best exercise which helps you to relax the body and improve your breathing technique.
- Try to keep your mind happy. Sometimes mental situation will helpful more than medicine.
