  5. Dry grapes (manuka) - Soak dry grapes in water at night and keep in cold milk for half an hour and chew them.
  6. Add one teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, garlic clove with half cup of milk & then boil them. If you drink it daily you can see the results in few days.

Natural cure: Other measures or remedies

  1. The patient should take enema in the beginning of the treatment.
  2. Apply mud-pack to the abdomen.
  3. Air, sun and water are great healing agents. The patient should sit in fresh air for sometime daily. Fresh air breathing exercises, dry climate in this way you can keep your mind healthy to recover fast.
  4. Asthmatics should always eat less than their capacity. Avoid those food which are heavy to digest.
  5. Your regular diet is enrich with carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Fresh fruits, green vegetables and germinated gram is also very important for asthmatic people.
  6. Visit your doctor regularly for breathing tests to make sure your asthma is managed and your medications are working optimally.
