Pathophysiology of Bronchial Asthma

The bronchial asthma is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the respiratory airways. Bronchial asthma is caused by environmental changes. The asthma is an immune response in the bronchial airways. Bronchial asthma is caused by bronchospasm of the airway musculature. The affect of mucus is to coat the lining of the airway to create a sticky surface which can collect particles from inhaled air.

The bronchial asthma is associated with IgE elevations. This asthma is appeared in any age group. The asthma is non curable disease so it will stay for the life time. The only bronchial asthma symptoms we can treat. The Bronchial Asthma patient occur the symptom of asthma at the night or in the early morning.

Causes of bronchial asthma are Smoke, Allergy, Nutritional components, Mold spore, Inflammation. Symptoms of bronchial asthma are Breathlessness, Coughing, Hyper-responsiveness, Wheezing, and abnormality of respiratory system.

Treatment for bronchial asthma

  • The beta-adrenergic agonists drug is used for the bronchial asthma.
  • The glucocorticoids therapy is may be used as effective therapy for the asthma.
  • Anticholinergic medications like as ipratropium bromide may be used.
  • The inhaled corticosteroids is used for management of asthma.
  • A nebulizer is using with the continuous dose can be used to treat the asthma.
  • The administration of theolong of 400 mg for per day to patients with moderate asthma.
