Need of Back Pain Exercise
Exercise is the better way for the removal of the back pain. By doing the walking, running and swimming we may be reduce the back pain. Now a days Exercise is very essential for the healthy health. By doing physical activity such as yoga which can help to improve the flexibility and the strength of your back muscles. The exercises are also useful for warming up your back. The body needs strong back muscles to work as a shock absorber for jolts and knocks which are part of daily life. Do exercises to strengthen the abdominal muscles.
There are number of exercises are present. Some of the exercises are as follows
- Stand with your back against a wall with your feet at shoulder width apart. Slide down into a crouch so your knees are bent to about 90 degrees. Count to five and then slide back up the wall. Repeat 5 times.
- Stretch your back muscles and lie on the back with your knees bent and slowly raise your left knee to your chest. Press your lower back against the floor and hold for 5 seconds. Then you feel relax and repeat the exercise with your right knee.
- After walking and jogging you feel comfortable walking 3 or 4 times a week.You can alternate walking with slow jogging.
- Lie on the floor on your stomach. Keep your pelvis flat on the floor and push up with your hands, arching your back as you lift your shoulders off the floor.
- Strength, stamina and stabilizing exercises which include exercises for the back, stomach and leg muscles.
- Sleep in the most naturally comfortable position and it is the most comfortable surface.
- Take sort of rest for a hurt back. Resting longer than this can cause your muscles to weaken, which can slow your recovery. Walk around for the few minutes.
- Gentle exercise can build strong back and stomach muscles to support your spine and maintain flexibility.
