Back pain is also known as the back ache or chronic condition. Back pain can arise from soft tissues, bony parts of the back and joints holding the spine in alignment. The back pain is one of the most common reasons for health care. Back pain is caused by bone, muscles, nerves and other soft tissues.

The back pain is related to the spinal cord which connects the all joints, muscles and bones. The recent moments back pain problem in the adults is seen in more amount. The back pain contains two steps in which first is acute which is in the starting stage. Second is chronic back pain which is seen in the last stage. Now a days the back pain is rarely seen in the children's also due to the heavy school bags which contains so many books. For this parents give instruction that how to balance the weight of schoolbag? The children's take bags over both shoulders to balance out the weight. The various muscles that are attached to the spine enable the spine to bend and move in various ways. The nerves of the spinal cord which connect the brain to the rest of the body and run down a hollow channel in the spine.

About 90% of adults causes back pain at some point in their life and 50% of causes in the working adults have back pain for the every year. The back pain is mostly seen in the adult persons which are over the age of 50 years. Back pain is more seen in the UK, America and so many countries. The 80% of all Americans suffer from back pain.
