Back pain is also known as the back ache or chronic condition. Back pain can arise from soft tissues, bony parts of the back and joints holding the spine in alignment. The back pain is one of the most common reasons for health care. Back pain is caused by bone, muscles, nerves and other soft tissues.

The various muscles that are attached to the spine enable the spine to bend and move in various ways. The nerves of the spinal cord which connect the brain to the rest of the body and run down a hollow channel in the spine.

The back pain is mostly seen in the adult persons which are over the age of 50 years. Back pain is more seen in the UK, America and so many countries. The 80% of all Americans suffer from back pain.
