  • Wear flat shoes with cushioned soles.
  • Don't lift the heavy components.
  • Use pillow at the time of sleeping.
  • Before sitting to anywhere take the back support.
  • Don't take long time bed rest.
  • Don't do back exercises were found that improved pain.
  • Heavy weight lifters are always use lumbar support belt.
  • To reduce your stress, anxiety and tension.
  • Avoid twisting back.
  • Don't sleep on your stomach.
