Neck and Back Pain

The neck (cervical spine) is composed of vertebrae that begin in the upper torso and end at the base of the skull. the neck can be vulnerable to injury and disorders that produce pain and restrict motion. neck problems may be the source of pain in the upper back, shoulders, or arms. The neck contains the top end of the spinal column or spine, which supports the head and also protects the spinal cord. Neck pain can be caused by injury, stress or by other health problems, including some that may have serious consequences.

Neck and back pains are very common with aging. Lapus can causes the neck and back pain because muscle can be inflamed by the lupus. Lapus is is an immune disease that can attack many internal organs and tissues. The neck and back pain very frequently causes from injury. The neck and back pain both these conditions are related with lower back pain.

Neck consist of muscles, bones, nerves, arteries, veins, many ligaments and other supporting structures. many conditions are responsible for the neck pain. The neck pain causes due to sudden injury. Neck pain is more prevalent than neck pain.

Preventions for Neck and Back Pain

  • Prevent injury.
  • Wear sefty belts and equipments which prevent pains.
  • Don't perform the activities that are not known to you.
  • Avoid to take thick pillow while sleeping.
  • Keep the screen 15 degrees below eye level while working on computer.
