What exercise do when the back pain is occuring during pregnancy?
- Strengthening the abdominal muscles, back muscles, pelvic floor, buttock, and thigh muscles can effectively help prevent and decrease back pain.
- Strong abdominal muscles reduce the back pain.
- Do walking regularly.
- Try to sleep on your side with one or two pillows between your legs for support.
- By bending forward, navigating stairs are used as exercise.
- Try pelvic tilt exercises - Kneel on your hands and knees on your head in line with your back.
