Depression is a mental disorder in which person feels nervous, alone and stressful. Even though it is categorized as mental disorder various physical symptoms are associated with it. - Loss of sexual interest - Many people shows no interest in sexual life which may lead to anorgasmia.
- Nausea - Lightheadedness or spinning may experienced by depressed person because of insufficient sleep and diet.
- Digestive problems - Depression can give rise to digestive problem which should be treated immediately to avoid further complication.
How to Reduce Physical Symptom of Depression
- Medicines - Antidepressant are used to reduce physical symptoms of depression to some remarkable extent. Use only that drugs which are given by doctors.
- Get enough sleep - Regular and sufficient sleep reduces pain from various parts of body.
- Proper Diet - Eat healthy and proper food so that tiredness and weakness may decrease to some level.
