How to Dispose Used Cooking Grease?

Grease is a thick fatty oil, lipid based compound originated from animal and vegetable matter. Grease is found in cooking oil, butter, backing goods, dairy products. Grease is used to cover the surface of a pan or dish to prevent the sticking of food to surface.
