How to Pass a drug test:
The best way to pass a drug test is abstinence, for the simple reason that if you haven't been using drugs you can't possibly fail a drug test. After all, drugs only remain detectable for so long, beyond which time (providing you haven't used again) you should pass the drug test with no difficulty.
What is tested for the drug test?
Urine is most commonly tested because it is the main excretory route for drugs and their metabolites. Furthermore, the drugs remain detectable for much longer and asking for a urine sample is less intrusive than a blood sample. Although drugs can be detected in saliva and perspiration, the detection time is much shorter than urine and laboratories tend not to use these tests for this reason.
Home remedies for Passing Drug Test
- Goldenseal is a plant and you can get either the root or the leaves in pill form. It's also a liquid or tea. The liquid is rumored to absorb slower than the capsules.
- A high fiber diet will help by redirecting fat soluble metabolites to the colon rather than bladder. This will help in passing drug test.
- Color your sample yellow by taking 50 to 100 milligrams of vitamin B. Many vitamins will work, but B-2 or B-12 (found in B-complex vitamins) are the most effective.
Herbal home remedies and diet tips for passing drug test
- Water: Drink at least eight hefty glasses of fluid (preferably water) just prior to the test. Drink 2 quarts a few hours before the test. Many people start drinking water several days before the test; which is useless.
- Vinegar lowers the pH of urine. Amphetamines are excreted up to 3 times as fast when urine is acidified. So vinegar could reduce the detection time period for amphetamines. This will ease the test for drug passing.
- Eating red meat will boost creatinine levels. If you eat a lot of red meat for the 3 days prior to the test, your creatinine level will be normal, and the lab won't know that you've diluted your urine sample.
