  • Salt water also works as good as water so it can also be tried for relieving the drain just pour the salt solution on the sink or tub and then let it pass from the pipes this will also dissolve the material by which the water will get drained normally.
  • Remove the drain stopper and put a thick rod or other material which will prod to the clogged material and then just push it away so that it will go down and the sink will be clear again.
  • There are number of products available in market by the name of drainex which is specially manufactured for clearing the clogged drains as it is the composite mixture of some chemicals and comes in the form of solution which works like water but more powerful then water.
  • One more remedy that works best is the treatment by soda and vinegar which is quite effective on removing the clogged drain of sink, for this just pour some baking soda in the drain followed by same quantity vinegar and then cover it tightly either by glass or by a cloth and let it be like that for 12 hours and in between don’t pour any water now see in the morning the drain will be all clear.
  • Even  you can try washing soda which you need to mix in the water and pour the solution in the drain it will unclogs the drain after some hours by removing the substance along with it.
