People should have avoid food that cause of food allergies .Normally take doctor treatment and take antibiotic and penicillin medicine. You have don't eat peanuts, tree nuts, milk, fish, soya, milk etc.Specialy diets in coomanly use ful in the teratment of food galleries. take treat the dietitian then prepare your daily food chart and follow that. you have food allergy so don't eat 3-4 days while you don't recover.doing exercise daily before eating. Vitamin C is usually supplement in food allergies.

Home Remedies for Food Allergies

  • Take half cup of fruit, vegetable juice and half cup water then mix with 4-5 drops fo castor oil drink it in the morning
  • Take half cup of lemon water and mix with honey drink in daily morning.
  • Drink ginger tea.
  • Don't eat common allergenic foods, in particular peanuts and tree nuts, during pregnancy
  • Wear medical bracelet and neckless.
  • Drink carrot juice mix with beet and cucumber juice
