What is Food Poisoning

Food poisoning is a general, regularly gentle, but occasionally deadly sickness Food poisoning illness is occure by overwhelming dirty foods or beverages Many different food poisoning infections becomes by bacteria, or pathogens, pollute foods.Today toxic, chemicals or other harmful substances can cause food poison diseases when there present in food. 

Causes of Food Poisoning

Mostly seen food handlers who do not wash their hands after using the bathroom or have infections themselves often cause pollution because food usually becomes dirty from poor hygiene or preparation.  The wrong temperature also promotes contamination rudely packaged at food stored Food Poisoning are infections, caused by a variety of germs, viruses, and vermin  Toxic agents take in noxious mushrooms, rudely ready exotic foods , or pesticides on fruits and vegetables. Cross-contamination — the transfer of harmful organisms from one outside to another — is often the cause by growing, harvesting, processing, storing, shipping or preparing Raw, packed eat foods, like salads or other redemade food. Because these foods aren't cooked, injurious organisms aren't shattered before eating and can cause food poisoning.

Symptoms of Food Poisoning

There are Symptoms of food poisoning

  • Sickness
  • Thin diarrhea
  • Vomiting
  • Abdominal pain
  • Fever
  • Defeat of hunger
  • Exhaustion

Treatment of Food Poisoning

If necessary first you can go hospital.Types of bacterial infection you can take antibiotic medicin. The type of infection,also depend on your age and fitness of the person and whether recovery period and  you have any other medical conditions.If possible avoid alcohal,coffee,and sugar drink.mostly in case people take medical treatment. Take Antivomiting and diarrhea medications.

Home Remedy of Food Poisoning

  • Dont take sugary fluids and drink more of electrolyte
  • when suffring to food poisoning avoid eating.
  • Mix 5-6 chopped tulsi leaves, 1/4 tsp marine salt, and some black pepper contained by 3 Tbsp of curd, and eat it. Repeat this 4 times a day for one.
  • Drink it every hour Mix 3-4 drops of mint essence in water
  • Drink one cup of ginger tea after meal to promote a good digestion and for heartburn nausea, etc.
