How to brighten skin?

Who wouldn’t like to have a sparkling glow skin? It’s true that few lucky people are blessed with a fabulous skin, with all the balanced characteristics and a glow that catches every eye. However, there are very few people who are blessed with such a perfect skin. Rests of us have to take some or the other measures in order to get such a glow in our skin.

These measures depend on the skin type one has. Depending on the skin type, one has to take several measures that can turn the skin bright. The measures:

Drink plenty of water: No matter what skin type one posses, drinking plenty of water always helps. One must drink at least 10 to 12 glasses of water every day. Water nourishes the body and keeps almost every organ clean. If the body is clean and clear inside, the skin will glow to reflect the purity. Drinking a huge amount of water at night before going to sleep is also beneficial in having a bright and glowing skin.

Wash your skin: Cleaning internally is essential, but external cleaning is also a must. Thus, in order to get a bright and glowing skin, one must clean the skin as many times as possible. Cleaning with water is recommendable because it is free from chemicals and has no harsh effects on skin.

Apply fruits on the skin: Application of fruits like cucumber, papaya paste, banana, tomato paste etc, helps in making the skin bright and shiny. These fruits provide nourishment to the skin, thereby making it brighter.

Use of Turmeric: Turmeric is a natural antiseptic, and thus, its application not only cleans the skin, but also makes it brighter. For a glowing and shining skin, mix turmeric with lemon juice and see the results.
