How to get rid of backache?

Back ache and back pain are quite common scenarios in our day to day life. Almost every people on the planet has experiences back ache. There are plenty of reasons that can cause back ache in people. This can be long hours of sitting in a wrong posture, sudden lifting of a heavy object, over exercising, physical and emotional stress etc. As mentioned earlier, the reasons are many, and so are the ways of treating it.

One can treat back ache very easily with the following methods.

Maintain a correct posture:
maintaining a correct posture is very important because half of the cases of backache are due to wrong posture of sitting. If you are sitting for long duration and if the posture is incorrect, you are definitely going to get back ache.

Garlic Cloves:
eating Garlic cloves also helps in reduction of pain in any part of the body. For back ache specifically, you can fry the garlic cloves in mustard oil at a very low temperature, till the cloves becomes brown in color. Then apply that oil in the affected area. Pain will vanish within minutes of application.

Eat lemon Juice with common salt:
eating lemon juice with a tea spoon of common salt is highly beneficial if you have a problem of back ache. Lemon has vitamin c which helps in maintaining the back ache to a greater extent.

Include a lot of milk and green vegetables:
if the problem of back ache is troubling you, eat a lot of green vegetables in steamed form, and include a lot of milk products in to your diet. The result will be magical and will definitely suppress the back ache.

Apply heat and cold packs:
Applying heat and cold packs on the affected area helps in relieving the pain to a greater extent. The hot and cold application in the area kills the pain and heals internal injuries, if any.
