How to get rid of Molds?

Mold is a common problem in any household and it becomes really difficult to eradicate completely from any place. You may have tried several sprays, scrubbers and other chemical products but nothing must have been totally fruitful that’s because it need to be tackled in different way and that to following each technique for several days.

  • The first thing you should know about mold is the basic environment needed by them to grow, which is moisture they just require moisture to keep alive and breed. That’s why they are seen commonly in bathrooms or ceiling where any pipe can be found leaking.
  • There are many species of molds like black or white and all of them need moisture to grow on. The first thing you would do is to check the reason of their presence, to check is there any pipe leaking out or is there any other source of water present in near vicinity.
  • If you have been infested by the mold on your ceiling then best thing to do is take a rug pour some water and rub it on the ceiling, remember to do this for three days so that they will get wiped off.
  • If the mold in on the walls of bathroom then use more lethal option that is bleach, dip a cloth in chlorine bleach and apply it directly on the mold and wait for a while the do it again. Bleach really acts well on the mold and cleans it completely.
  • Make use of humidifier in the room if you have one, or you can use air conditioner this will remove the excess moisture and ultimately eradicate the mold from the place. You can either check the leakage in the pipe to remove the moisture from room.
  • If the mold has been developed on carpet or other clothing then one of the best things to do is making use of baking soda. Dust the powder on the carpet and leave overnight and see next morning the mold will not be there.
  • Try the glass cleansing solution on mold even though they don’t have any label about this ability but it works on mold and you can use it easily where you have observed the mold. They contain some alcohol which is known to clean the molds.
  • Use vinegar either white or other on them directly by using spray bottle, as vinegar is a known mold killer because of acid which is really powerful to kill all of them and even to remove the leftover stains.

How to get rid of Mold Naturally?

  • Try hot boiling water even though it sounds quite low but it works amazingly, no one can stand the hot water come what may so use it in your favor and pour the water directly on walls and tiles to kill the culprit. It will take some time so you have to do it again and again till you get the accurate results.
  • Many times you got to see the mold in your kitchen, this is because of the leftover food on the surface so keep the house and kitchen tops clean so that they will not get any food to live on.
