Uterine Cancer - Symptoms, Causes, Cure, Prevention, Diagnosis and Treatment of Uterine Cancer

Most uterine cancers arise from the lining or endometrium. Very occasionally, a fibroid will give rise to uterine cancer.
It causes about 3 per cent of female deaths each year and usually affects post-menopausal women. Three-quarters of all women who get uterine cancer are over so when they are diagnosed.

Earlier detection by examination when women start very abnormal bleeding in their 40s may help to reduce the death rate by catching the cancer earlier.
Obesity is one of the known factors that increases the risk of developing uterine cancer.
