The disease, although often employed to mean the disease, can also refer to the perception of a person of their health, independently of if they have in fact a disease. A person without any disease can feel that unhealthy and to believe it a disease has. Another person can feel that healthy and to believe it a disease does not have though it can dangerously have a disease such as the hypertension which can lead to a heart attack or a race mortal.
