Raynaud's disease involves reduction in blood flow in the body extremities area because of cold temperature and stress. Color of finger or toes change to white, blue and red.   • Biofeedback - Most of the time this therapy is used to reduce stress so that chances of Raynaud's disease becomes less. Biofeedback is basically used to control involuntary action of our body.
  • Acupuncture - Small needles are inserted at acupuncture points. Many people use it to cure Raynaud's disease naturally.
  • Sympathectomy - In sympathectomy through small opening cutting of nerve cells from finger or toe is done to cure Raynaud's disease but it is required in very rare cases of Raynaude’s disease.

Home Remedies used to cure Raynaud's diseases

  1. Ginkgo biloba - Ginkgo biloba is responsible to treat Raynaud's disease as it increases blood flow in affected area. It is largely used in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
  2. Zinziber officinalis - It is commonly known as ginger and keeps level low for cholesterol and blood pressure and maintain regular blood flow.
  3. Chelidonium remedy - It is used when person having Raynaud’s disease experiences some pain.
  4. Borage - Borage contain gamma-linolenic acid which gives some relief to the symptoms of Raynaud's disorder. So it is favored to cure Raynaud's disorder.

How to Reduce Attacks of Raynaud's disease?

  • Avoid smoking and drinking as it constricts blood vessels hence blood supply becomes less.
  • Keep yourself protected from cold weather by wearing socks, gloves or scarf.
  • Avoid stressful situation and visit to cold area.
